The Neutral Ground is a strictly neutral, independent and apolitical space.

No political, institutional, religious or ideological affiliation is supported or represented here. The domain does not aim to influence participants' decisions, directions or beliefs.

It simply offers a confidential framework allowing each person to find a space for free reflection, away from the expectations, pressures and roles imposed by daily life.

All people are welcomed with equal respect, regardless of their responsibilities, roles or opinions.

The role of horses

Horses hold a special place within The Neutral Ground.

Unlike humans, they do not respond to status, power or titles.
They respond only to consistency, presence and authenticity.

Their capacity to instantly reflect certain relational dynamics makes them exceptional partners in leadership, communication and self-awareness development.

Participation in horse-assisted exercises is always optional. No equestrian experience is required.

The venue

The estate

The Neutral Ground takes place on a private estate in the heart of nature. The environment was designed to encourage calm, reflection, disconnection from daily life and perspective.

Participants find a rare space: a place where time slows down enough to allow a clearer vision to emerge.

Away from agendas, constant demands and representation obligations, the estate provides the conditions for a genuine return to what matters.

To preserve the confidentiality and serenity of the venue, detailed information is shared only with confirmed participants.

About the founder

Laetitia S. Christen

Entrepreneur, executive companion and architect of strategic relationships.

For several years, she has supported entrepreneurs, decision-makers and public figures navigating complex environments where the quality of decisions, inner clarity and personal alignment play a decisive role.

Her background combines entrepreneurship, leadership, human development, relational intelligence and support for people facing high-responsibility challenges.

The Neutral Ground was born from a simple conviction: the greater the responsibilities, the rarer the spaces where one can simply be oneself.

A programme by recommendation

The Neutral Ground is not an open programme. Engagements are offered by recommendation, invitation or confidential application.

Each request is subject to a preliminary interview to assess needs, objectives and the relevance of the experience.
